Homemade Healthy Granola

Serve with milk, yogurt, fruits or eat on its own.


3 cups rolled oats
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 tsp
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 cup almonds
2/3 cup honey
4 tbsp oil


  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, then spread evenly on a foil-layered tray.
  2. Place in an oven and bake at 200 celcius for 30 mins
  3. Remove from oven and let it cool
  4. Break up mixture and it’s ready
