Serve with milk, yogurt, fruits or eat on its own.
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 cup almonds
2/3 cup honey
4 tbsp oil
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl, then spread evenly on a foil-layered tray.
- Place in an oven and bake at 200 celcius for 30 mins
- Remove from oven and let it cool
- Break up mixture and it’s ready
